How It Works
Choose whether you need a new helmet or want to send in your own, then place your order right on the product page. After checkout, a Birdworx rep will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect your colors, logos, sponsors and design ideas. Once your artwork is approved, we design, produce and install your custom graphics in house.
Artwork & Design
A one-time $50 DESIGN FEE applies when you need a new design. It is charged once per new design, not per helmet, and it is FREE on orders of 5+ helmets/skins. If you already have a Birdworx design, there is no design fee. After checkout, a Birdworx rep will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect your design details, and production only begins once you've approved the artwork.

Enter the code at checkout — volume pricing is not applied automatically. Quantities combine across eligible helmets and helmet skins, so you can mix brands, models, sizes and purchase types (CUSTOM HELMET w/Skin, HELMET ONLY and SEND MY HELMET). Choose the code for your total quantity; it only works once your cart meets that minimum. The DESIGN FEE and non-helmet items are not discounted and don't count toward the quantity. Tiers don't stack — use one code per order.
Turnaround
Orders are processed in the order they're received. Production begins only once your artwork is approved and we have your helmet in hand, and typically ships 7-14 business days after production begins.
Shipping / Send Us Your Helmet
Already have a helmet you love? Choose "send us your own" at checkout instead of buying new, and our team will follow up with instructions. Note that shipping is not included in discounted pricing, and orders typically ship 7-14 business days after production begins and we have the helmet in hand, not at the time the order is placed.
