New Helmets:We do not keep helmets in-Stock. If you are placing an order and adding the New Helmet Option, we will place an order with the manufacture the same day. Delivers typically show up in 2-3 days.
If you are NOT purchasing a new helmet from Birdworx you will need to ship your helmet to us to install your new graphic skin.

DISCLAIMER: While Birdworx have seen helmet skins last for years and removed with no damage to the original helmet surface or finish, some manufactures use a different finishing process which may not be as strong as others and find that removing a skin from your helmet can lift or pull-off the original coating(s) and or stock logos. Birdworx is not responsible for any damage caused to your helmet when removing the skin (graphics) placed on your helmet. If you have any question on the best practice to possibly limit any damage that could be caused by removing a Birdworx skin, please send us an email at info@birdworx.com and we will do our best to help guide you for the best result.

How It Works
Choose whether you need a new helmet or want to send in your own, then place your order right on the product page. After checkout, a Birdworx rep will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect your colors, logos, sponsors and design ideas. Once your artwork is approved, we design, produce and install your custom graphics in house.
Artwork & Design
Every helmet order includes a one-time $25 artwork/setup fee, which is never discounted. After checkout, a Birdworx rep will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect your design details, and production only begins once you've approved the artwork.
Team & Volume Pricing
5–9 HELMETS — 12% OFF (code BIRD10)
10–24 HELMETS — 15% OFF (code BIRD20)
25+ HELMETS — 25% OFF (code BIRD25)
Discounts apply to helmets only — skins and add-ons aren't discounted — and can't be combined with other promotions.
Turnaround
Orders are processed in the order they're received. Production begins only once your artwork is approved and we have your helmet in hand, and typically ships 7-14 business days after production begins.
Shipping / Send Us Your Helmet
Already have a helmet you love? Choose "send us your own" at checkout instead of buying new, and our team will follow up with instructions. Note that shipping is not included in discounted pricing, and orders typically ship 7-14 business days after production begins and we have the helmet in hand, not at the time the order is placed.
