Option 1 – You buy a brand-new helmet from us
- We don’t keep helmets in stock.
- As soon as you order and choose the “New Helmet” option, we order your helmet the same day. Helmets usually arrive in 2–3 days.
- After we get it, we apply your custom graphic skin and ship it to you (takes 2–4 days). → Total time: about 4–7 days.
Option 2 – You already have a helmet
- Send your own helmet to us, and we will install the graphics for FREE

- Once we receive your helmet, we install the custom skin and ship it back in 2–4 days.
Important Note About Removing the Skin: Our skins normally lasts for years and can be removed without hurting the helmet. However, some helmet brands have a weaker factory finish. If you peel off the skin later, it might pull off some of the original paint or logos. Birdworx is not responsible for any damage that happens when you remove the skin. If you’re worried and want tips on how to remove it safely, just email us at info@birdworx.com – we’re happy to help!

All discounts apply to helmets only; skins and other add-ons are not discounted.
All helmet orders require a one-time $25 artwork/setup fee. This fee is never discounted. An order must be placed on the product page before any artwork begins.
After checkout, a Birdworx representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect design details. Orders are processed in the order they are received and are added to the production queue.
Production begins only after the artwork is approved and once Birdworx has the helmets in hand.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, and shipping is not included in discounted pricing.
Orders typically ship 7-14 business days after production begins and helmets are received from the manufacturer, not at the time the order is placed.
