YOUR HELMET. YOUR DESIGN.
Every custom Birdworx helmet includes a standard design with your logo on the sides and a single-color helmet.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS - Vector files (Adobe Illustrator .ai, EPS or SVG) are preferred. High-resolution PNGs may work. Images made with AI tools, JPEGs and other non-vector files may need to be redrawn, which can involve an additional artwork charge. Any extra cost is quoted for your approval before work begins.
ORDERING & PRODUCTION - Orders must be placed before design work begins or helmets are ordered. If additional artwork charges apply, you can approve the quote or stay with the included standard design using suitable artwork.

How It Works
Choose whether you need a new helmet or want to send in your own, then place your order right on the product page. After checkout, a Birdworx rep will contact you within 24-48 hours to go over your design. Once your artwork is approved, we design, produce and install your custom graphics in house.

Team & Volume Pricing
Team and volume pricing is quoted individually based on your order and project requirements. We do not use discount codes for multiple helmets or skins. Visit our Team & Club Program to get started.
Turnaround
Orders are processed in the order they're received. Production begins only once your artwork is approved and we have your helmet in hand, and typically ships 7-14 business days after production begins.
Shipping / Send Us Your Helmet
Already have a helmet you love? Choose "send us your own" at checkout instead of buying new, and our team will follow up with instructions. Note that shipping is not included in discounted pricing, and orders typically ship 7-14 business days after production begins and we have the helmet in hand, not at the time the order is placed.
