REFUND INFORMATION

Please be advised that all orders are custom-made.

Orders canceled no later than five (5) calendar days following the order date that included a new helmet(s) and has not shipped will receive a 100% refund.

Orders canceled after (5) calendar days following the order date and have not shipped will receive a 50% refund.

If you have received your order and would like a refund, you are responsible for all shipping costs back to Birdworx.   If your order included a helmet we will not refund you until we receive the product and it has been inspected.  If we find that you have worn or used the product you have purchased we will not issue any refund.

**If you placed an order that included a helmet, there is a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund**

ALL CLOTHING THAT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED IN THE BIRDWORX STORES are done by a third party company.  Please make sure that you double check all sizing charts or email us with any questions before you purchase.  info@birdworx.com. 

There is no return policy for custom printed items.
