Clients may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any artwork provided by Birdworx without prior written consent or the purchase of the original artwork. Unauthorized use of Birdworx artwork is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

By engaging Birdworx for design services, clients acknowledge that all artwork produced is owned by Birdworx unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients requesting to use or obtain artwork must pay for its use or ownership. Birdworx reserves the right to enforce legal action for unauthorized use of its intellectual property.
